United Way of Sussex County powers community solutions, improves human services, and builds a caring community in Sussex County. United Way currently funds twenty-four local agencies providing essential community services to county residents.

Sneaker Program provides vouchers for the purchase of sneakers for school age children whose parents are unable to provide them.

Caring Connection links Rotary Clubs for personal care items for children being placed in foster care.

Assisted in the opening of the Center for Youth, an after-school program for middle school children.

Started up the Child Care Center at Sussex County Courthouse.
