The Franklin Office of NORWESCAP's Energy Services helps county residents with:

~ heating program (HEA)
~ safe housing for seniors

Also, in collaboration with the Salvation Army: operates the Sussex County Food Pantry (located in the Senior Citizen's Center at the pond in Franklin).
