SC CSA Award Ceremony Release Date: December 12, 2007 Sussex County Council of Service Agencies Honors Carrie Parmelee with Distinguished Service Award NJ Senator-Elect Steve Oroho, Recipient Carrie Parmelee, and Sussex County Freeholder Glen Vetrano at the SC CSA Ceremony The Sussex County Council of Service Agencies held it's annual Distinguished Service Award Ceremony today at noon in the Tri-Co Community Room. 2007 is the twentieth year this award has been given to honor extraordinary contributions in the field of human services to the people of Sussex County. The sixty-one member agencies and invited guests gathered to honor Carrie Parmelee, recipient of the 2008 DSA Award. Carrie is with St. Clare's Intensive Family Support Services Program.
